Muhammad Arshad is a Pakistani national, certified Leadership and performance Coach with over two decades of experience. His comprehensive coaching approach, guided many individuals to enhance leadership abilities, navigate change, resolve conflicts, and build resilience in both their personal and professional lives. 

With a thoughtful and supportive coaching style, Arshad has helped clients tackle leadership challenges, adapt to organizational shifts, and advance their careers. Having accumulated more than 50 hours of coaching experience with diversified client range, he has played a key role in fostering a growth mindset and strengthening relationships, both at work and beyond.

He has served in Pakistan and in South Sudan with USAID and has been coordinating financial management affairs for Asia region for an Irish NGO Concern Worldwide. He holds a Master’s in Strategic Finance from the University of London and an MBA from Pakistan.

He is a Fellow member of ICMA Pakistan, ACCA UK, and IIA USA and holds PMP and CRMA certifications. He is passionate about the outdoors, he enjoys traveling and reading in his free time.
